1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using SalesGamify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Real Estate Genius LLC.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SalesGamify is a gamified sales activity tracker designed for real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and sales teams. The Service allows users to log sales activities, earn points, compete on leaderboards, and track performance.

3. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. FREE TRIAL & BILLING

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged according to the plan you selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
Submit false or misleading activity data
Share your account credentials with others
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and code comprising the Service are owned by Real Estate Genius LLC. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. SalesGamify is a productivity tool and does not guarantee any specific sales results.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate Genius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
