SalesGamify is a gamified activity tracker built for real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and the teams they run with. Log the activities that actually fill your pipeline — calls, appointments, showings, contracts, closings — earn points, and compete with agents across your brokerage and the country.
The philosophy is simple: reward revenue-generating activity, not administrative work. Paperwork is necessary. It isn't tracked here.
Beowulf, the Great Dane on the homepage, is your accountability dog. Hit your daily goal, he howls. Miss a day, he's silent. You'll figure out fast which you'd rather hear.
Six steps, about 60 seconds total.
Head to salesgamify.com, click Start Free Trial, and enter your email and a phone number. You'll get an SMS code to verify. Phone verification is a one-time anti-abuse step.
Choose Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Professional. Your persona decides which activity types show up when you log. You can switch later from Settings.
Enter your target annual income, your average sale or loan size, and your typical commission rate. SalesGamify works backwards to calculate how many closings, contracts, appointments, and contacts you need each year and day.
Run with the pack. You can email a teammate or friend to compete with you. They get a 14-day free trial link. Skip this step if you want to go solo for now.
On iPhone, tap Share in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the menu and choose Install App. SalesGamify lives as an icon on your phone — tap and log in seconds.
Pick any activity you did today and tap it. Points animate in. That's it. Do this every day.
How to get the most out of SalesGamify once you're set up.
The Log page is a grid of every activity you can track. Tap any activity to log one. Tap again to log another. Text messages are capped at 30/day to prevent gaming. You can backlog activities up to 5 days in the past using the date selector at the top of the page.
Default daily goal is 80 points. Hit 80 and Beowulf howls — your streak grows by one day. Miss a day and the streak resets. You can adjust your daily goal (40-120) in Settings if 80 doesn't fit your schedule.
Leaderboard ranks everyone by percentage of their daily goal, not raw points. This keeps the competition fair across markets. See your rank by Today, Week, or Month, and compare against your brokerage or nationally.
Team leaders see a roster of every member's activity, with rankings by % of goal. Click any member to drill into their recent activity and category breakdown. Members see only their own data and the team leaderboard.
Challenge any friend to a head-to-head points competition. Send them an invite email or a share link. Challenges run 7 or 30 days. Whoever logs the most points at the end wins. Bragging rights only — no prizes yet.
The History page shows a calendar of your activity. Each day is colored by how many points you earned. Click any day to see every activity you logged that day. Great for weekly reviews.
If your role is admin or team leader, you see a red Admin link in the top nav. That gives you platform stats, user management, team management, invites, and the ability to customize activity point values.

Tap the gold microphone button on your dashboard and speak or type what you did. For example: "Made 5 cold calls and showed 2 properties." SalesGamify will parse your input and log each activity with the correct points. You can also log directly by tapping activity buttons on the Log page.
You get 14 days of full access with no charge. After day 14, your selected plan begins billing. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Go to Settings, scroll to the Subscription section, and click Manage Billing. That opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method.
Yes. Go to Settings, scroll to the Daily Goal section, and pick any number between 40 and 120. Beowulf's howl fires when you hit 80 or more — goals under 80 stay silent.
Yes. When creating a challenge, you can invite someone by email. They'll get an invite link to sign up and join your challenge automatically.
Each activity type has a fixed point value. Closings earn the most (50 points), contracts next (25), appointments (8-20), contacts (1-4). Marketing and lead-generation activities fill the middle. Text messages are capped at 30 per day to prevent gaming.
The leaderboard ranks all users by percentage of their daily goal, not raw points. Someone hitting 100% of their 80-point goal beats someone hitting 95% of a 150-point goal. You can view Today, Week, or Month, and filter by your brokerage or the national leaderboard.
SalesGamify is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iOS, open salesgamify.com in Safari, tap the share icon, and select Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the browser menu and select Install App. The app lives on your home screen like a native app.
From the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your email and we send a reset link. Click the link, set a new password, and you're back in. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Yes. We use Supabase with row-level security so agents only see their own data, encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), and Stripe for payment processing. We never store credit card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your account and all your activity history moved to SalesGamify when we migrated the app. Use your original HM Tracker email to log in. If you need to set a password, use Forgot Password on the login page.
