How do I log an activity?

Tap the gold microphone button on your dashboard and speak or type what you did. For example: "Made 5 cold calls and showed 2 properties." SalesGamify will parse your input and log each activity with the correct points.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full access with no charge. After day 14, your selected plan begins billing. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal. From there you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method.

Can I challenge someone who isn't on SalesGamify?

Yes. When creating a challenge, you can invite someone by email. They'll get an invite link to sign up and join your challenge automatically.

How are points calculated?

Each activity type has a point value set by your brokerage admin or the platform defaults. Points are awarded per activity logged. Your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly totals appear on the leaderboard.

What is the leaderboard?

The leaderboard ranks all users by points earned. You can view rankings for today, this week, this month, or this year. Top 3 agents earn Gold, Silver, and Bronze Bone positions.

How do I install SalesGamify on my phone?

SalesGamify is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iOS, open salesgamify.com in Safari, tap the share icon, and select "Add to Home Screen." On Android, tap the browser menu and select "Install app."

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Supabase with row-level security, encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), and Stripe for payment processing. We never store credit card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
