1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account
  • Activity data: Sales activities you log, points earned, and streak data
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: How you interact with the Service, device information, and browser type

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send billing-related communications
  • Display your profile and activity on leaderboards
  • Send you product updates and important notices
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • Supabase: For database hosting and authentication
  • Vercel: For application hosting
  • OpenAI: For AI-powered activity logging (voice-to-text parsing only, no personal data stored)

4. LEADERBOARDS & PUBLIC DATA

When you use SalesGamify, your display name, profile photo, rank, and activity scores are visible to other users on leaderboards. If you participate in challenges, your performance is visible to challenge participants. Shareable reports you generate contain your activity summary and are accessible via a unique link.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you deactivate or delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Access and download your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

8. COOKIES

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage for theme preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
